These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ABDevelopers ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the DebitCredit mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own record-keeping. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except as permitted by law.
DebitCredit is a tool for recording amounts you choose to enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for keeping your own backups. The App does not verify, guarantee, or enforce any debt, and it is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
You are responsible for safeguarding your device, your App Lock PIN, and any delete password. If you forget them, we may be unable to recover your data or access for you. You are responsible for keeping any statement-sharing links and their PINs confidential.
The App offers a free version supported by advertising and optional rewarded videos that unlock certain actions. We may change the features available in the free version at any time.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to record data you have no right to hold, or to share content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. You must comply with all laws that apply to you when using the App.
The sharing feature lets you generate view-only links to your own ledger data. You are responsible for who you share links and PINs with, and for stopping sharing when appropriate. We are not responsible for how recipients use information you choose to share with them.
The App, its name, logo, design, and content (excluding your own ledger data) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Your ledger data remains yours.
The App relies on third-party services including Google (Firebase, Play Billing, Drive, AdMob). Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim arose (or, if you are on the free plan, to a nominal sum).
We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
